Our home provides amenities to help make your stay memorable…indoor and outdoor games, Nintendo Wii, ping pong table, firepit, BBQ grill, tiki hut, covered patio seating, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a fully furnished kitchen.

Inside this three bedroom, two full bathroom home you'll find modern finishes paired with classic beach house charm. Enjoy wi-fi enabled smart TVs in each bedroom, the living room, the basement, and the outside tiki bar (seasonally). The inside and outside gathering spaces will help ensure the perfect retreat. Step outside to unwind on the patio, sip cocktails at the tiki bar, or gather around the fire pit. Both indoor and outdoor games are available for everyone to enjoy. Pack a picnic and load the wagon for a day at the beach...just a short walk away.

Our driveway can accommodate no more than four (4) vehicles. Parking is not permitted on the street.

My family and I loved our stay. The house was warm and comfortable despite cold days. The fenced backyard hosted my small children for playtime and roasting marshmallows. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities. The beaches were a short walk away which was enjoyed by all.

I can’t recommend Elizabeth’s place enough! We were able to quickly feel right at home thanks to the thoughtfulness and care put into this property and our stay by our hosts. We really enjoyed the theme room and loved being able to walk to the playground / hike to the beach. This property is incredibly well-equipped and comfortable - we can’t wait to return! Can every vacation rental be like this?!

We had a short family getaway here with our 2 daughters, 9 and 4. We really enjoyed walking/hiking in each of the nearby beach parks - they both have fun kids playgrounds and paths/ trails up by the dune grass overlooking the lake and easy beach access. Exploring these areas was definitely the highlight for us! The house itself was super cute and really well decorated. We played lots of games, watched some tv together, and used the basement for ping pong and Wii. The garage also had some outdoor games and supplies. Very happy with the house and location!

We enjoyed being within walking distance. The beach amenities in the garage helped to make the beach enjoyable. We appreciated the bicycles that were available, but regret not taking the time to use them.

What a great place for a family vacation. Easy walk to the beach (with provided wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and towels). The back yard was peaceful and a great place for coffee in the mornings and playing cards in the evening. Modern appliances and great amenities made for a stress free and comfortable stay!

Our stay at this beach house near Lake Michigan was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a special place. The house was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything a family could need—from kitchen essentials to beach toys and board games. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Just a short hike to the beach and playground. We spent our days playing in the sand, swimming, and watching sunsets. The house itself had a warm, welcoming vibe. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. There was a lovely tiki bar and firepit in the backyard, great space for the kids to play. We especially appreciated the little touches that made our stay so easy—like a washer and dryer (a must with little ones!), child-friendly furniture, basement for kids to play, TVs in every room. If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly escape with all the charm of a classic Lake Michigan summer, this beach house is it. Beautiful memories made!!

Elizabeth’s place was just what we needed for our couples getaway. Close to the beach and close to several great food locations. The little details in decor and how she made the space so inviting and made you feel you were somewhere else on a luxurious property. This is truly a gem and would recommend for everyone wanting a little piece of paradise just off of Lake Michigan. We will be back!

Right down to the quality toilet paper and six or seven available charging options… everything you could possibly need was at hand or available. My bestie of six decades commented how “easily it was to settle in.” Todd was our gracious host, his whimsical and clean functional split level and equally cool back yard with phenomenal trees had a great vibe. the timed backyard lights, but understand their purpose💯

Find us

It is very easy to get around on the paved sidewalks and bike trails to see all of what Muskegon has to offer. Lake Michigan beaches and parks are only a few blocks away, while restaurants and shopping are just a bit further. If driving is preferred, downtown Muskegon is only about 4 miles away!
